Prvo morate proveriti da li ekstenzije instalirane. Ulogujte se na vaš cPanel i kliknite na "Install FrontPage Extensions" na domenu ili poddomenu koji želite.
Ukoliko je domen tek registrovan ili je izvršena modifikacija DNS-ova (u toku je propagiranje DNS-ova), FrontPage ekstenzije neće raditi. Jedina opcija u ovom slučaju je da izvršite upload vašeg sajta preko FTP-a.
Ukoliko ste se ikada konektovali preko FTP-a, to je verovatno učinilo da su vaše FrontPage ekstenzije nefunkcionalne. U tom slučaju treba da se ulogujete na vaš cPanel i kliknete na "Uninstall FrontPage Extensions" i potom ih ponovo instalirate.
