Why aren't my FrontPage extensions working?

First you need to check if the extensions are installed. Log in to your cPanel and click "Install FrontPage Extensions" on the domain or subdomain you want.

If the domain has just been registered or the DNS has been modified (DNS is being propagated), FrontPage extensions will not work. The only option in this case is to upload your site via FTP.

If you've ever connected via FTP, it's likely rendered your FrontPage extensions non-functional. In that case, you should log into your cPanel and click "Uninstall FrontPage Extensions" and then reinstall them.
