Where can I download the receipt for a completed payment?

If you registered the services as an individual, we issue and send you fiscal receipts.
For legal entities that are users of the Electronic Invoicing System (SEF), invoices will be sent via SEF once the payment has been recorded, where they can then be downloaded.
Legal entities that are not users of SEF will receive their invoices through the regular channel, to the primary email address we have on record.
The list of legal entities that are users of SEF is publicly available on the following website: efaktura.gov.rs.
In the case of public enterprises, once the payment has been recorded, invoices will be sent both through SEF and to the CRF, in accordance with the new legal provisions that have been in effect since July 1, 2026.
