After the service expires, a copy of the files is kept for 6 months, however after the suspension it is not possible to download the files without renewing the service.
To prevent this from happening, we always notify in advance about the expiration of the service and additionally there are 7 days after the expiration of the service (which we notify additionally) where you can still download all files within that period. After the service is suspended it is no longer possible to download files without renewing the service.
