If you're a webmaster, you put our banners linked with your unique affiliate link on your website. Once a visitor comes to our website by clicking on your banner, the cookie memorizes what website they came from and that information can't be overriden nor deleted. Your affiliate ID is kept in the cookie for 6 months, so your commission is guaranteed. This way we override the situation where a client clicks on the banner on your website, but later comes to our website directly.
Web designers, just like webmasters, also receive a unique affiliate ID.
